Regular, normal everyday things. Try to get some walking in, do some stuff around the house (keeps you standing and moving). Not saying go jogging for 2 hours or lift heavy, but find an excuse to move some. When I dry fast I can’t do as much so there is some laying on the couch.
Move Move Move and move some more. Stand, work, walk, whatever. You should be standing almost all waking hours of the day. The only time your head should be on that pillow is when your completely ready for bed, heavy eyes and all. The worst mistake people could make is sitting or prematurely laying down. All you’re going to do is be thinking about food and that’s when people cave. Your main goal should be to wear yourself out throughout the day so you can doze off easy. And your also indirectly burning a shit ton of extra calories indirectly without even thinking about it. Sitting all day = 0 or next to 0 calories burned . Standing all day= 1600 calories burned. All the simple little things add up to huge results
