How do I keep the motivation and the discipline to keep going?

I get so frustrated and bored at times and I fall off the wagon, I expect these results to magically happen. I’ve never had any type of discipline in my life so this is pretty hard for me, I must admit, My goals for fasting mainly are for weight loss. I never really took it into consideration this IS a lifestyle, it’s just something I’m not comfortable with yet but i’ll surely get there I hope, Just looking for advice!

Health is a life long process of discovery and exploration. It takes practice, interest and devotion to find the things that work for you. Making time for your wellness means you won’t have to spend so much time on illness.

Remember to be flexible with yourself so that you can still enjoy life. You don’t have to “restart” tomorrow if today looks different than yesterday. Just keep adjusting and discovering what works best for you the live a great life full of wonderful experiences.
