I started in early November and personally I paid no attention to macros more just calories. I’m down 4 stone between then and now. I try go gym 3 days a week, an hour cardio and an hour resistance. Skipped gym between xmas and 2nd week of Jan and just did an hour walk every 2nd day.

I forget who had a post up a few days ago but they said they did 20g of carbs per meal and it was brilliant for them, which is a lot more manageable than KETO’s allowance.
