How sustainable is snake diet?

I’m planning to drop 20lbs of fat and will attempt the snake diet. Won’t do any exercise except some casual walking and drinking snake juice. My question is: after I hit my goal of dropping 20lbs how do I sustain it? Would it be bad to adopt intermittent fasting after? What about doing keto ? Curious to hear others experience thanks

Answer

Its not, the whole point is to beat food addiction, keep your self busy and adopt a diet thats so nutritious you don’t have to eat so much to be satiated. You start to understand what glucose does to your body etc. This is why so many yo yo, they do the extreme and when they hit the goal they have no idea how to eat…

Everyone had diff routes , once I got my goal weight of 200 or less ( currently 220) I plan to eat one meal a day or do 48s! I want to make this a lifestyle choice ,, I’m not going back to that bullshit media 3 day or more a meals f that .. just listen to ya body.. once you start gaini weigh than you should adjust your diet again

Answer

This is as sustainable as you make it. It’s about changing your lifestyle. Anyone can fast. Most choose not to because of how addicted they are. Which I get because that was me a month ago. But fasting when done right and consistently is a wonderful tool to achieve your health goals.
