How to maintain weight after I meet my goal?

I apologize in advance if this isn’t the right place to ask this, but I’m just clueless on where else to ask so bear with me!

So, I’m nowhere NEAR my goal weight, but I was thinking about how to maintain the weight once I get there through IF? Like do I just slowly stop fasting when I meet my goal? I would imagine I probably shouldn’t keep doing what I’ve done to lose weight since I’d just keep on losing. What have y’all done/been doing? Thank you!

Have you calculated/determined your intake for what equals out to a deficit? Meaning you’re consuming enough to stay alive but still losing weight based on calories in/calories out? If yes, then re-calculate for maintenance for your current weight. Once you know that, stick to that amount of calories in/calories out.
