I feel like we have found the ultimate cheat code.

I’ve done two 36 hour dry fasts within a span of the last 4 days and I feel leaner and more cut then I would have with 2 weeks of dieting and exercise. So yea I guess DFing is like the ultimate cheat code and I feel lucky to know about it.

But I have a question. When you guys DF do you do hard or soft? And do you guys feel any major difference from the two? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks a ton.

Soft, because life get overly difficult when you can’t shower, brush your teeth etc. Also rain is a thing, can’t not walk to work if it’s raining. Don’t think my boss will accept I’m dry fasting for an excuse.

yeah dry fasting is a cheat code. lol

Im on a dry fast right now aiming for atleast 72 hours.

Then do a HIIT workout with heavy weights. break with some coconut water or cold pressed juice rinse repeat.

Hard dry fast only.

However i do cheat a lil since its summer time with a dehumidifier.

Cold showers cause you to produce more urine. This means more water is thrown out. Hot water also reduces the amount of water in the body. So as long as you don’t take a shower with warm water, I think there will be no problem.
