Guys! I’m sure this has been said before but it’s deserves being said again. The cheat code for doing rolling fasts for example rolling 48s or 72s is this. Keto refeeds. YES I KNOW it’s been said time and time again. But guys I promise you. For those who are struggling, try keto refeeds between rolling fasts. The fasts themselves are RIDICULOUSLY easy compared to high carb. If you can power through the carb induced hunger pangs I envy you but if you’re like me and you can’t… you know what to do. Give it a go.
