I can’t remember the last time my stomach growled. At this point, I only eat because I know I need to reach a minimum calorie count, especially since I’m also lifting weights.
Is this normal for anyone else?
Yes! Just last week I slipped into OMAD sort of unintentionally. It’s always been a struggle before. I still open the fridge out of boredom, but don’t actually want anything. I’m mostly eating around my sports and exercise schedule, and that’s alright by me.
