Not feeling the effects of bad decisions anymore!

Has anyone else noticed ever since they started fasting, they don’t feel side effects from food or drinking as much? Back before I started fasting, whenever I ate fast food with even a little too much grease my stomach was sour and killing me after. Same with drinking, I’d be super hung over and my stomach would be on fire the day after drinking. But maybe a month into fasting I noticed the few times I ate greasy and trashy fast food, my stomach felt perfectly normal afterwards! Drinking too, I drank a shit ton last night but woke up just maybe a little extra tired and no stomach pains! Has this happened to anyone else? If* so, comment! Thanks for reading.

Answer

Yes.. I just posted this yesterday on the ADF board.

When I was doing ADF I noticed I never felt ill. Never felt a tummy ache… never had gas.. no matter what I ate on my feasting day. It was like even if I ate something bad… I was immune to any digestive distress.

Once I start eating every day – even doing time restricted eating – I notice more gas and occassional “feeling” I ate something that “didn’t agree with me”.

Also, maybe TMI, when I am doing ADF.. my movements are like butta..

Every day, easy, but when I eat daily… not regular.
