Nutrition is highly individual and there is so much, we don’t know yet. So anytime someone says „keto/vegan/paleo/..“ is optimal and the only healthy diet, they’re lying. Try everything and see what works for you. This is the basic stuff everyone agrees on :
I personally think andrew huberman has a very sience based and not biased approach. He has a podcast ep on food. Rhonda patrick seems to give good advice aswell. Those sources might be a bit to difficult for someone completely new, just try to avoid anyone who makes these „top 10 foods for…“ videos
