I have been doing IF for almost 3 weeks now, but my schedule allows me to do 15:9 fasting easily rather then 16:8 which most of the people do. I would like to ask what are the benefits of 15:9 fasting, compared to 16:8?
Short term IF is often used for weight loss, and as such is just a tool to help with reducing calorie in, so if you eat pretty much the same thing doing 16:8 or 15:9 (i’m guessing 2 meals) the result will pretty much be the same.
