Happy new year everyone! (I’m in Australia)
So, jumped on the scales this morning to see what the chrissy damage was, 130.8kg! Up 4kg, not good. This year I’m aiming to lose 30kg, I put on 16kg this last year, I have been working out consistently, but alcohol and bad food choices crept back in, I also fell off the fasting wagon. So today is a new start, 20/4 or an OMAD and will go for a streak of OMAD till I reach my goal.

Good luck! I’ll be 2mad for a few days then transission to OMAD and hopefully ADF. Going off the booze for January too to kickstart things. I lose much slower even if I only drink once a week (damn you red wine!)
