Lost appetite?

So I’ve been working on making it to 16:8 for a week or so, not always making 16, but today I made about 15:30 and ate a meal to break the fast. 4.5 hours later all I’ve had was two fig newton’s and a cup of coffee while walking the dog for a while and have ZERO appetite. It’s the first day I’ve had zero appetite. So is it normal to lose appetite after a week, like, for good?

Answer

I’ve never fully lost my appetite after starting my fasting lifestyle. I will honestly say that my portions has gotten much smaller as time went on. To answer your question it’s normal to have a small appetite as you continuously fast and make it a lifestyle change. An example is like you eating a bbq drumstick and a nice scoop of mashed potatoes and you’re full lol. In the past you may eat a 2nd drumstick with broccoli on the side. Your body adjusts over time with your reduced eating and lifestyle.
