I typically do a 4-day water fast once per month.
I was wondering if there are any research that suggest that it is unhealthy for the body to fast this long or this frequent?
I’d ideally increase my fasts to one 7-day water fast per month, but I’m also concerned that it might be unhealthy. Please provide your take on this.
Pure water only fasting when done properly and supervised recommends. 1 day per week. 1 week per season. The longer fasts up to 60 days are usually aimed at curing a problem or condition and one should be overweight for extended fasting
