Not sure if it’s an IF issue because it’s only happened a couple of times, but sometimes during an intense (fasted) workout I feel nauseous and actually have to pause the workout to catch my breath and stop feeling sick. I drink plenty of water during the workout. Any insights?
This might be dehydration. Try drinking before your workout so you are hydrated going in. If you are hydrated you shouldn’t need to drink during your workout. The water may also be causing the nausea.
You may also be going to hard. Try easing up. I know people use this as a badge of honor but there’s no benefit to working out to the point you’re making yourself sick. It’s fine to ease up.
