Depends on how much body fat you have left. If these were my stats, I wouldn’t have anything left to lose. Also, it’s been said that a human can only burn 8oz of bf per day. Certainly after you drain your body of excess fluids and poo, then glycogen, then large amounts of non essential body fat, the weight loss is going to slow down to nothing. How tall are you? Male? Female? How active are you? Try the navy taping method to get a rough idea of your Bf.
Did you drink a lot of water yesterday? Be more sedentary than usual? Are you a lady and is it your time of the month? There are a thousand variables that affect your weight fluctuations day to day. There is also some evidence that weight loss slows down in the latter stages of a long fast. Don’t get bogged down in the numbers; if you are not eating and you are not dead, you ARE burning fat.
It’s normal. All the youtubers that I’ve seen document long fasts lose a lot of weight in the beginning, then stall, or even gain. Lol, no one thinks about how the calorie expenditure math doesn’t align with the huge losses, but hit a plateau and 🤯😂
