Quick question from a new-ish faster: I’ve quite naturally been fasting 6pm-10am since sorting out my nutrition. Does it matter if the times you eat within your eating window change? Sometimes I eat at 10am, sometimes at 12pm, sometimes I eat my food all in a couple of hours, sometimes I eat at 10am/1:30pm/5pm. Is this a problem? Thanks.
Nope! That’s the beauty of IF. It’s very flexible. I try to always do at least 16:8 but will fast for longer whenever I can like taking advantage of when I work 12hr shifts and am so busy it’s easy to make it an OMAD day. Been doing the flexible IF thing for 3mos now and have lost 20lbs! (SW 181 CW 161 GW 145)
