Started IF about 2 months ago with a 16/8 ratio, only eating between noon and 8 PM.
A week ago I changed to a 22/2 and have been eating from 6 to 8 PM.
Does anybody have a recommondation of a more effective 2 hour eating window? I generally go to sleep at midnight.
I guess it’s dependent on what works best for you.
If you want to sleep earlier then I’d pull your eating window forward.
If you’re going to the gym you could always plan your eating window around that if you like to eat before going to the gym.
Also you didn’t really say in what way you want your eating window to be effective
I’m reading that morning eating is better “in general “. But what I’m reading is not backed by solid science.
