Newbie Question! can I switch up my days?

Presently I’m trying to do 16:8 but have a young baby so sometimes end up doing 12:12 , is this okay? Or do I really need to stay consistent on the 16:8 to see results or benefits from helping with loose skin (I read a few posts about it helps tighten loose or sagging skin as loosing weight!)

I can’t comment on the skin part but I think as with all things, consistency is key. And if taking an occasional break and doing 12:12 works, then that’s what’s right for you!

I find that with kids, work, life etc. we just do our best.

I find that allowing for the occasional deviation helps me be far more consistent. In the long run the consistency is what gets you results.

The more you do it the better the result, but dont feel bad ,life is life, focus on positive, if you do it 3 day a week that still that.

Its normal at first to struggle, some ppl take months to make it an habit, just gave yourself some time.

And the beauty of IF is it mainly a daily mechanic, so if you wanna do it 3 day a week, it dont really matter if you swap it here and there
