Hello. I do IF for a while and i only eat once in a day, around 2-3 pm. So it’s 20-24h fasting for me. I want to go for a walk but i am really not sure when. What do you suggest? What would be the best to burn more fat?
Also another suggestions for 24h IF would be appreciated.
It’s difficult to get all the necessary nutrients in a one hour eating window. You may want to stick to a 20:4, one snack, one meal. Longer fasting isn’t necessary better for you. Are you male or female? If female, where in your cycle are you?There are so many conditions that make fasting specific to each person.
I normally do my 12K (7.5mile) run before I eat in the evening (run 2-3x week).
When I used to eat a few daily meals I always had to time when I ate so I didn’t run on a full stomach and feel weighed down - this solves that issue.
