Please help me be consistent with intermittent fasting

I am 25F, height: 5’5, GW:135 lb, CW:187lb. I have 1 year of failed attempts of intermittent fasting but this time I really want to make it work. Can anyone please suggest me what to eat in a day as a vegetarian person who can eat egg? Any healthy dishes you people make to feel satiated. I also don’t drink coffee and I am planning on quitting sugar as well.
Thank you for your help guys. This community is really amazing.

I’d look through the vegetarian and vegan food subs (search the site, there are a few to choose from) and see what appeals to you. For satiety, find ones with a good amount of protein and fats, and use carbs to fill in the rest. If you don’t know your caloric needs use a tdee calculator like https://tdeecalculator.net and aim to eat under your resting/maintenance number.

One of my favorite low carb and vegetarian meals are portobello mushroom burgers with cauliflower thins (Trader Joes or Outer Aisle Brand) and the Tattooed Chef Organic Cauliflower Stir Fry Rice. The Stir Fry big bags are sold at Costco and this rice is literally soooo good and easy to cook (smaller bags at Target)! I’m usually not a huge fan of bagged cauliflower rice, but this one is definitely different! I usually add egg to it and make it a meal.

I’m clean low carb/keto and IF.

Hunger is not only driven by the need for calories. Any micro-nutrient deficiency can become the source of recurring hunger pangs, as the body tries to make you eat more to hopefully get the thing it needs, in spite of caloric needs already being met.

So I.F. on veggie would require a lot of supplement nerding on your part, to make sure you are getting everything. That, or eating quite a lot of egg yolk daily. (Which can cause constipation, so perhaps not a good alternative.)

Boiled eggs are a great thing to have on hand. Good fast breaker. Also Avocados. You can slap some sliced avocado into some corn tortillas with salsa and lettuce and sour cream and have yourself some delicious tacos!

And the coup de grâce: Avocado omelets! 💥
