For a snack, I like to air fry some garbonzo beans/chick peas for 8 minutes at 350. You got yourself some crispy protein, fiber, nutrient dense treats. I’ll eat a can in a sitting, but I’m also 6’7 240 pounds and workout. Try it and let me know what you think

Other foods you could try are Greek yogurt, protein powders (had to say it), or tuna. White albacore has like 26g in a small can. My 3 cats’ pound through a single can a day lol

There are a lot of new protein rich breads, ice creams, pastas, bagels, donuts, cookies, energy bites, candy, etc. all being engineered monthly it seems. Those may be a helpful option as well since they don’t feel as heavy as their counterparts.

Tbh a simple protein shake is my go to for that. Very easy to get down even if I’m not very hungry. I can also demolish a plate of chicken wings (baked not fried, with loads of spice is my favourite). Cook them slowly until the last 5-10 minutes and then turn up the heat to get them crispy, then they fall off the bone.

Beef liver is about the best high protein food you can eat if you lack appetite. You’re not only getting tons of protein but the best source of micronutrients on the planet. Liver packs more micro nutrients per gram than any food on the planet making it the most nutrient dense food in the world.
