For those of you doing 5:2 - what do you eat on your fasting days and have you had better results with 5:2 than 16:8 or other fasting/eating windows? Thanks!
Hi! Do you mean what do you eat on your eating days?
Your body will respond to different approaches. Sometimes, if you switch up your approach and sometimes do a 16:8, then a 24 hour fast, etc, you tend to lose more weight.
Your body can adjust to any fasting routine. Generally, I like to keep my foods that I eat healthy during my eating periods.
