Question regarding fasting 20/4

Hi guys, just a quick question. I alternate between omad and 20/4 fasting. I have a question regarding 20/4. Is it ok to change the timings of my 4 hour window? As in just say today its from 4pm till 8pm and tomorrow if i switch it to 6pm still 10pm. I understand some days my fasting hours will be longer or shorter than 20 hours but will this affect the speed of my weight loss?

I can’t imagine that it would be an issue, unless in the days when you are fasting longer you end up binging more often. But if you’re an OMAD person, you’re probably well versed.

Just keep after your calorie counts and you can probably continue to progress
