Just got to “The Solution” Chapter. I ❤ all diets work and all diets fail. I can’t tell you how relieved I am reading this book. I thought of myself as out of control eater who plateaued last year at 162lbs with weight watchers and having given up pork and red meat for moral reasons. This year still don’t eat red meat or pork….but put on 20lbs. Felt so critical of myself. Now I am looking forward to finishing the book and view a healthy eating lifestyle versus attempting another diet.
I concur. I’m also all for adopting a healthy plan versus some extreme or restrictive plan. All diets have a few common things like ditch sugar, drink lots of water, up fiber intake, take a good multivitamin, do some physical activity, etc.
