SEAMOSS - the end all and be all debate

Guys I have a few questions since I’ve been hearing a lot:

One what are the physical and nutritional benefits of consuming seamoss?

From PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, what changes have you seen showing the positive sides of seamoss?

What research is there regarding the nutritional “statistics” you always hear—about how seamoss naturally has 98% of the nutrition the human body?

Are there downsides or side effects that y’all have seen?

I’ve yet to properly look into the studies but based on the claims. It’s a fad and massive scam. (Please read again acknowledging this a outside in view)

Seasons is one of these cheap to produce, sell for a high price type of things. Immediate red flag, similar to CBD and plant milk.

But ignoring that, it probably doesn’t give the body every single nutrient. It’s not possible to produce that much of our own bodies nutrients while being a part of a different species, a plant based one at that. We’re talking metabolites, bioavailable forms of A, higher B vitamins, D3, K2, omega 3 (in a form that isn’t ALA), etc the claims are bs at best even if the REAL studies show anything I feel like it’s going show poor bio-availablity and the ones that are will be pretty low.

So we’ve acknowledged that the likely hood that it’s probably unlikely a plant can produce the nutrient omnivores need… if you look at it from another angle it seems to be no different from spirulina often being advertised as some sort of cure all for deficiency, should be in everyone diet, super ultra omega healthy and similar to protein powder the emphasis on consuming it at a frequency where you need to keep buying it. This isn’t like omega 3 where you pay for quality AND the benefit, which btw unless you overpay omega 3 doesn’t tend to be the big money maker for companies.

From what I’ve concluded. Overpriced. Extremely optimistic claims that are almost 100% going to be cherry picked BS, happens to be the hit new thing (keep in mind the only real supplements with any benefit are ones we’ve used for a looooonnnnngggg time, ashwagandha, omega 3 krill and fish, Creatine (although even I has its flaws), whey, NAC related products and a few others.

Perhaps I could be wrong but I smell BS from the industry once again.
