can any more seasoned faster explain how to recognize the second ketoacidosis that supposed to arrive on day 9-11 and any tricks to survive it? i am on first hrs of day 8 on mostly hard df (mostly = went to swim once, took couple cold showers and washed my hands bc of work) not my first rodeo but i dont think i ever hit the sexond KA. haven’t noticed anything different on around day 3 either where first KA supposed to happen. pretty much all first 5-7 days feel the same.
I feel warmth in my face neck day 7 onwards.
Last time I made 12-13 days my chest and back were warm too.
By warm. I mean sitting outside shirtless at night to cool down kinda warm.
Could be related to my chronic pain I feel there though. So it may be subjective.
This is interesting. I also felt no difference in the first 4 days. Haven’t made it 5 yet due to some schedule stuff. I’ve done keto and zero carb for a while so that was my hypothesis on why I didn’t feel anything for the first KA on days 1-3. Only difference I’ve ever noted is I feel thirsty about 30 hrs in, and then that resolves by about 40 hrs.
