I got te from the weight loss and also I accidentally starved myself because I wasn’t eating a proper diet :( but I started eating properly and I am taking multi vitamins and calcium and magnesium supplements I have also taken iron . I checked up with the doctor if I am having any deficiencies results came back that I am all good . but my main concern is should I cut back a but with the fasting I generally very much love the fasting and it really make life very easier and enjoyable . thanks for reading
If the doctor said you’re fine and not lacking any vitamins then it’s fine to continue, are you doing it for weight loss? You shouldn’t starve yourself on eating days just eat a decent amount of food and count calories to make sure you are getting enough.
