I was wondering what everyone here eats when they re-feed in-between fasts.
60 pounds ago I remember breaking one of my 7 day fasts with 10k calories worth of pineapple upside down cake my neighbor gave me. I told her she’s the reason that week was a wash but the cake was amazing lol
Two big salads. 12 strips of bacon. Bunch of fruit. A glass of milk. Eggs. A pbnj sandwich.
(This was after a 6 day fast)
Probably gonna be lighter now that I’m doing rolling 72s.

I eat every wed and Sat. On Wednesday I have a steak salad from chipotle with a large side of guac. No rice or beans. Just meat, guac, cheese and fresh salsa. Saturdays I eat a bunch of scrambled eggs and bacon and avocados. And a couple days a month I cheat and have some whiskey and whatever is in my freezer lol so far though it’s working out very well.
I watched a few videos from Thomas Delauer, nutritionist on youtube about this. He said you either want to end your fast by eating protein OR carbs. I do keto, so I just ended my 72 hr fast with 2 cups of bone broth. I followed his advice & an hour later I ate taco salad, a good fats bar, 2 bags of cheese wisps, & 3 keto cookies. That was too much food though & I’m so full that I might throw up. What do you eat when you end your fast?
