Breaking fast Friday with a baked potato and broccoli. It will be a 5 day fast. Considering eating a very small amount of steak too since I’ll be making some for my wife. Does this sound like a good idea. It’s also a dirty fast as I drink low calorie body armor drink once a day if I feel a headache coming on. I have been moving a lot and always take hot baths at night sweating quite a bit.

High-sulfur foods during your re-feed will prevent intestinal distress and diarrhea. Poultry, beef, cabbage, beans! And a five-day fast is significant, I’d definitely ease myself back into food with a big cup of bone broth, perhaps fortified with a splash of cream or pat of butter.
