Has anyone here done so? Was it a good decision? I didn’t think coffee was negatively affecting me, but now I’m not so sure.
I’m like a 5 cup a day coffee drinker, but obviously not drinking during my dry fast. I thought there would be withdrawals, but it was really just a problem the 1st morning.
I think with coffee I lose touch with my health
It’s been a year and 5 months since I last drank coffee. I don’t regret quitting it. I feel great. I also save approximately $2500 a year from that decision, probably more now with everything going up in price.
