Vaccine - extended dry fasting afterwards?

I have read on another fasting sub that you should not fast after getting a vaccine since it will reduce it’s effects.

So if I have to get one, but I still want to dry fast - how many days max can I do it, without COMPLETELY losing the vaccines benefits? I also love NAC supplements, which seems to remove toxins and foreign metals etc :)

Answer

No, you cant. Because fasting even more dry fasting suppresses the immune systems response to things and this response is what makes the vaccine work. You get immune suppression already from 12h of fasting.

Answer

Good question! FASTS FROM 13 - 48 hours have been shown to improve anti cancer proteomic signature,DNA repair & inmune health markers.

This includes dry fasts, as study was made with ramadan, what you need to avoid is “deep ketosis” .

48+ fasts are not recommended.(post vaccine )

Info ( summary ) from ZERO app.You may find the studies online .

Answer

I have been in contact with about 100k people and their dirty cash from different trade shows in four different states. I haven’t caught squat and I almost every day. When I got sick in April 2020, I was better in six days. I haven’t gotten sick since then.
