being enthusiastic about keto/carbohydrate restriction myself (and shitting on wfpb promoters for this exact reason), I’m aware it’s simply a tactic aiming weight loss which works remarkably well for many individuals but that’s it. most benefits (or even negative health impacts) other than that are usually far-fetched
