just source your fish well, avoiding species high in mercury, ethically sourced with good populations. There’s websites that “grade” commercially fished species, some populations are good and practices are ok, others should NOT be fished at this point.

What do you mean with focussing sugar and cholesterol ? Are you trying to raise the intakes?1-2 times per day is a crazy ammount, everyday. Will raise your cholesterol for sure.The only good thing about eating so much fish is that you get calories to keep you alive, but depending on the quality it isn’t an healthy diet.

Eating so much meat is proven to be very dangerous, specially if you don’t do lot of sport of activities.You will almost certainly get cancer and tumors after few years or more of eating just fish.It can damage bones, skin, hearth and the digestive tract.All depending on the quality, quantities and types of fishes.

You can get heavy metal poisoning.Bad quality fishes are one of the most polluted and dangerous foods.

It will make you tired and less energetic, it’s a very bad diet for peoples who do constant activities and move all the day. It’s best if you do less activities but more intensively.Just avoid such diet, not even a fisherman eat fishes 2 times a day.It Italy sea peoples in old time used to eat tomato pizza for example.
