Are you looking to put on 20kg just total weight or 20kg of muscle?

If just total weight regardless of muscle or fat - fatty meats, nuts, oils and liquid calories are going to be your friend.

20kg of muscle, you will not be able to do that quickly. Even if you could you would most likely require some form of gear usage. Look at a small calorie surplus, hard training and over time you will build that muscle. There’s no shortcut, especially one that is “healthy”

Find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight.

You can google a calculator.

Then start by eating 200 calories less than that each day for a week. Track your progress. It’s simple calories in versus calories burned. You want to lose about .5lbs per week.

If you don’t see progress, subtract another 100 calories for the week.

Just each normal healthy foods, avoid saturated fats, use good judgement. Work in some like exercise. A simple “bro split” works for beginners.
