Hello fasting-peeps! ๐ป
I gained around 20 lbs from binge eating after I stopped smoking and now I wanna lose this annoying extra pounds as fast as possible ๐ But Iโm lost which fasting style would be best: 14 day, ADF, 72s hours, 5 days โฆ ?
More infos: ๐ธ I practice intermittent fasting for about 7 years now (16:8) and also did a few 48s and 72s, so Iโm not a completely greenhorn in the fasting-world.
๐ธ I started going to the gym and would love to lose the fat and gain (or atleast donโt lose) muscle.
๐ธ Iโm not good with CICO, but I have a strong will, so fasting seems the best option.

All that matters is calories in vs calories out. Fasting is just a method to achieve a deficit. For 20 lbs in a month youโll want around 1000-1500 calorie deficit per day. How you achieve that is up to you.
