Answer

153 at 5’8” is pretty skinny. It’s unlikely you need to lose weight. If you’re unhappy with your body you probably need to build muscle, and even then you’ll still need some fat unless you’re trying to look unhealthily skinny. Eating less isn’t going to change the way you look unless you’re very overweight, but you’re not. Don’t go underweight, it’s bad for your health.

edit: *changed “convert fat” to “build muscle”

Answer

Look I don’t know you or your life and circumstances, but 125 at 5’8” is like 3 lbs shy of being classed as underweight. Paired with wanting to lose that weight with such an extreme method, I’m concerned for you.

Why do you want to reach that weight so quickly?

Answer

I really don’t advise taking such an extreme approach to this. You can easily drop 20-30lbs just by eating at a caloric deficit that is sustainable, and building in 16-8 or OMAD. You’re setting yourself up for failure with that timetable.

Answer

I’m 5’8 and my weight can fluctuate between 147 and 159 typically 150 not immediately after Christmas. This is after being as high as 228.

I can’t imagine wanting to get as low as you have mentioned, dread to think what I would look like.
