I’m starting my fast with my last evening meal on the 30th. I want to be fasting through the new year for multiple reasons but one of the main reasons is i will be fully focused on the fast and not ‘tempted’ to drink or eat carbs just because it’s new year.
Gonna start the year off with a 5-Day water fast - it’s not much but will be the longest I’ve done so I’m excited and looking forward to seeing the physical and mental changes that occur if any. Also need to lose the cookie weight lol
