Hello, I am looking for ideas, tricks of the trade or some valuable suggestions. I have been fasting for over a week now but I have ran into some snags.
My work schedule is all over the place. No set office days and in the field days. Can range from 9am-7pm or 10-2 or 4am-6pm. So some days it is hard to fast especially when I eat dinner at home because we like home meals rather than eating out.
So my question is, what are some ways to help get threw the long days when your eat window opens and closes during work hours and you have not made it home for dinner yet. Example would be a 8-730 work day.

It doesn’t have to be the exact same schedule every day, and being an hour or two off isn’t going to matter.
So if dinner is the important meal, aim for a late afternoon/night eating window. Again, if you’re off by an hour or so, it’s not important. What’s important is being home for dinner.
