Question for all you who are doing IF. If your window is 12-8 but workout at 6am, is IF a good option? If so, how do you manage your hunger til 12? (FYI, I know IF is just another form of Calorie deficit. Just makes it easier for me to not worry about Bfast)
Honestly, I drink a fair amount of water when working out. Then after my shower I make my coffee and come into my home office and start working. My schedule is pretty packed in the morning so I don’t really think about it. It’s when I’m not busy that I tend to notice more how much time until noon I still have.
Best advice is find something to occupy your time.
