I’m on hour 110ish. I will break when I get off work at 2. I have bone broth and some eggs waiting for me. I also will do a smoothie of Greek yogurt 2%, frozen mixed berries,a little chunk of frozen spinach, water, and 1/4 of a banana. I also bought some kombucha I might sip that after the smoothie settles. I also have a romaine salad I’ll eat later and a cauliflower teriyaki rice from bird’s eye view with a precooked 4oz of salmon if all goes well. If it does not go well…idk. My weight this morning was 187 right on the dot. So that’s 193-187 in 5 days. My weight last Wednesday was 202. Now it’s time to put it all back on for Christmas.

Tmi time: so Thursday I did not poop at all. Yesterday I pooped 3 times, and the 1st one had a bit of solid to it, I didn’t think this was a big deal it was probably just food stuck in me. The next two were watery messes. Then I woke up this morning and I had another runny poop but it wasn’t watery? The only thing I could think of is my vitamins might have some solid to them and I do drink black coffee. Not a fan of how oh shit I need to poop in 5 mins or I will soil myself feeling. But other than that atrocity, I feel fine. No headaches muscle aches etc. Going forward: the poop thing has ruined my January plan. My plan was to fast mon-fri then eat on the week during my 6 week class that is basically all day. I will not have ready access to a toilet all the time so that’s not gonna happen. I didn’t have this issue doing my 60:12 cycle I did a couple times. I will do that instead. I figured okay 42 days with 5/2 would be 30 days fasted. 42 days with 2/1 would be 28 days fasted. I ain’t worried about 2 days. Mathematically I should lose .6-.7 pounds every fasted day, so that should be 17-20 pounds in 6 weeks.

I’m on a 10 day fast. Today is day 4. Feeling pretty good. No hunger at all. Staying hydrated with sodium, potassium and magnesium. I’m fasting for health benefits. I’m living with Lupus and three other autoimmune diseases. Fasting helps.
