Recently went through articles about fasting and its bunch of benefits (Fat loss, autophagy, mental clarity…) I had to give it a try.
Wanted to try 24hours to begin with, but I am already 24hours in and feel good, so let’s push it to around 30hours by eating dinner tonight. It seems that the enhanced mental clarity is already there, I might fast again in the future
