I’m on hour 62ish of a fast. I feel fine. I bought magnesium glycinate and no salt to go with my normal salt and I think that might be making a difference. When I did my 60 hour fasts I noticed my quads would twitch the night before I broke it and I haven’t had that yet. I’m also taking a multi vitamin. I was 190 when I woke up. Wed 12/7 I was 202.
