I always see recommendations fot stevia, which I hate, and erythritol which is ok but expensive and I really don’t have much of a sweet tooth with the exception of diet soda. I love a good cold diet cola. My doctor told me it is ok as long as I drink alot of water which I do. I don’t drink coffee but sometimes make a ginger and tumeric tea. Is this really baf for me? It doesn’t trigger hunger in me, I am almost never hungry.
That would mostly be aspartame right? At least for Diet Coke and Coke Zero. Aspartame is fine in reasonable quantities. I think you don’t start getting into dangerous territories until you’re at like 20 cans per day or something. Most of the anti diet soda rage is just sensationalism.
