Totally agree. I’ve been at this two months now and I no longer want sugary drinks, or food. Anything fried just makes me wanna puke. I have strong cravings for shredded beef and guac every time I have a refeed. I’m down 30 pounds, have 45 more to go. This diet has literally saved me. No more coffee everyday, no more cokes, no more binge eating crap food throughout the day. It’s amazing. I even have my SO doing it too and he’s down 20 pounds since June 1st.
