Which window of time for 20:4 IF would be better?

I’m trying to decide between a window of time from 7am to 11am or from 20pm to midnight.

Could one of this windows be more beneficial, eficient or better than the other?

I have always listen that eating too late is bad because people burn more calories during the day than night, and everything you eat at night would be more dificult to burn compared if you eat it in the morning.

Both of this windows of time could work for me, but I would like to know if one of this is better and why.

Thanks.

Answer

I always ate pretty late, because it puts me to sleep and I’ve had trouble sleeping on an empty stomach in the past. But yesterday I ate breakfast and was totally solid til bedtime.

Skipping breakfast usually leaves me hungry and a bit weird all day and then i pass out after my meal. But yesterday I felt great all day. So I might experiment with that some more.

Answer

Personally, I find it easier to skip meals in the early part of the day. My window never goes as late as you are talking, but I sometimes do 3:00 to 9:00 or 10:00 (I work later). I do think it is easier to sleep not being completely empty in the stomach.
