I’m going to fast for 40 days except:
-on days 10, 20, and 30 I am having bone broth (for gut health)
I’ll post a daily update to keep myself focused. I’m about 300 lbs now. Hopefully that goes way down. I HATE BEING FAT
DAY 1 (19th Mar 2021): I’m giving my stomach a rest. No water, either. I feel like fucking crap in every way. I’ll report how much better I end up feeling. (drank one cup water)
DAY 2 (20th Mar 2021): small cup of black coffee to wake up. Very exhausted. (one small egg@night)
DAY 3 (21st Mar 2021): small cup of black coffee to wake up. (one small egg@night)
DAY 4 (22nd Mar 2021): small cup of black coffee to wake up. (one small egg@night)
DAY 5 (23rd Mar 2021): small cup of black coffee to wake up. (one small egg@night)
DAY 6 (24th Mar 2021): small cup of black coffee to wake up. (one small egg@night)

I sorta right there with you. I’m doing 72s for 6 weeks. I eat super small meals on my refeeds, 150g of meat, 200g of root vegetables, and 100 grams of berries or low carb fruit. I’ll also splurge on coffee those days. Which thankfully hasn’t hurt my loses. I started a week ago and already 15lbs down. I got another 30lbs at least to go. I wish you the best of luck. Also don’t fall for people shamimg you for fasting. I was shocked how my family responded despite how well I feel and how much weight I lost so far, they almost forced me to eat. Maybe after I continue they’ll come around.
