I’m on 4th day of water fast and feeling hungry a bit. How do I control my hunger? Tips.
Make sure you’re drinking enough water & getting electrolytes in. Are you strictly doing only water? If not, homemade juices & warm broths feel filling when just water isn’t cutting it. I also like to keep preoccupied (as much as I have energy for) while fasting bc it keeps me distracted from any hunger. Meditation & remembering your ‘why’ also helps when you’re on the brink of debating whether you should end the fast or not. Overall, be gentle with yourself & honor your body. You got this!
