I want to do a 5 day fast and I keep flaking on day 2, was hoping to get someone to join me for accountability.
I’m fasting for weight loss but also to clear up my psoriasis.
I am bridesmaid at my best friend’s wedding in August and while i would love to be skinnier, I am much more focused on sorting out my psoriasis so I don’t look like a burn victim in the dress! (It’s not that that bad but it’s not pretty right now). Fasting seems to have a positive effect on my psoriasis, so I’d like to kick it up a gear.
I’m 12 hours into what will hopefully be a 95 hour fast. I’ve been doing OMAD for a week without a problem, and prior to that, 17:7 to 19:5, so I’ve been building up to this, and it feels achievable. I can hang with you for the first few days! :)
