7 Day water fast report

Hello, I am new to fasting.

6 days ago I thought to myself: hey, I haven’t eaten anything yesterday, I don’t really like how big I got during past few month, maybe I should continue fasting and do full week to get in shape.

During first two days I only consumed water and vape.

During all rest of 7 days I consumed only: water, vape, some salt, 1 pill of multivitamin a day. (Day 3 is exception, see below)

Day 1: Easy, didn’t even notice I hadn’t eaten until day after.

Day 2: Easy. I planned to fast for 7 days

Day 3: Easy. I chewed 3 sticks of gum, then I read on the forums that it might be bad thing for fasting and stopped. Day 3 was also the first time I weighted, weight is digital but it’s out of it’s mind, first two weights showed 105kg (231lbs )next 3 weights right after showed 103kg (227lbs). I also did a little workout session.

Day 4. Easy. nothing noticeable.

Day 5. Easy. nothing noticeable.

Day 6. I didn’t vape. Played some tennis. First time during my fast some old traumas started to surface and my stomach was making all kinds of noises.

Day 7. Easy. 2 hours more to go during writing this post. Today I weighted in 99kgs(218lbs)

Height: Between 193-195cm (6’4-6’5)

Starting weight/current weight/goal weight: 104-105kg(229-231lbs)/99kg(218lbs)/90kg(198.5lbs)

*note I don’t remember being 90kg for very-very long, least I’ve been was 92-93kg(203-205lbs) during past 2 years. couple month ago I was 95-98kg(209.5-216lbs).

Fasting routine/protocol: Water fasting

Exercise routine (if applicable): Almost none

Diet on refeeds: It’s helloween night tonight, so I’m gonna feast good. I’m going to staff my stomach with much sweet treats and add some keto food on top. Tomorrow I’ll eat only keto 2 times then I’m gonna fast for 3 days. After that I have a 5 day trip incoming, I’ll probably eat much of anything during these 5 days. After I’m back I’ll continue fasting and do some keto diet, I don’t yet have the schedule for that.

I’ll keep you updated after next 3 days fast and update you after I’m back from the trip. Also hope you hold me accountable.

Failed to mention:

On night 3 (day 4) I had dreams that felt very real (I don’t dream much usually), where I unconsciously consumed chocolate biscuit treats and I thought I accidentally broke my fast. It was like a nightmare really, very scary lol
